Changing/Canceling An Order
If your order has not yet shipped it can either be changed or canceled. Please email masako@rlmanga.com
Please provide your order number and name in your email. If you're wanting to change your order, please list what items you want/removed.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and/or exchanges can be made within Domestic US if items are returned in the same condition as they were received. Customers are responsible for extra shipping fees.
Refunds
Refunds can be made for items that haven't shipped or items that have been returned. Refunds will be reflected 0-5 business days in the customer's bank account/credit card.
