Someday's Dreamers: Spellbound vol 01

Nami is a magic user, though she has little control of her powers. Despite this she tries to use her magic to help others, often with disastrous consequences. One day while taking photographs of scenery, Nami is almost run over by a speeding bike! Luckily neither she nor the young biker is injured, though the bike refuses to start. Nami tries to fix the problem using her power, which only damages the bike further. The biker tells her that her magic should be sealed up, before leaving angrily. However, during the accident he dropped his student ID, and by the time Nami finds it he has already left. Still upset by his hurtful words, she takes the ID and returns home rather than trying to return it. But little did Nami know that that same biker would be transferring to her school just a few days later...
